Я, Юзепчук Максим Александрович, 75 лет, из них 32 года живу на ул. 8-я Текстильщиков, 12, кв.44. Ещё нескольео лет назад не было претензий к ДЕЗ, МФЦ (ранее ЕИРЦ) и прочим. Теперь в течение последнего года все они сошли с ума. Грабят в отношении услуг ЖКХ. Особенно от лица МОЭК- вздувают поставляемые Гкалории (на 35%)и тариф на 45%. Не закрываю двери квартиры и окна лоджий, чтоб не задохнуться. За исключением периода Рождества и Крещения (7-20 января). Иногда морозцы крепкие, но не каждый год. Достичь понимания с Префектурой, Управой, ДЕЗ невозможно, так что я сам вычитаю сумму за ненужные и губительные Гкал. Которых быть может и нет, кроме, как на счетах. А руководители-дамы преуспевают, расцветают и грабят. Кое что признали. Но не до конца. Требуэт показаний счётчиков вод представлять 15 числа отчётного месяца! Сейчас ими занимается Инспекция Жилнадзора ЮВАО, думаю они договорятся и ничего не изменят. Спасибо.Храни всех Господь.
