сначала немного о минусах. Ребят, у них всего один офис в Москве рядом с м. Таганская, дозвониться сложно, имейте ввиду. Значит я был в Чехии, останавливался в пражском отеле Bily Lev, меня вела Савкина Елена, их менеджер. Оператор не массовых, работает только на Восточную Европу как я понял. Честные, сразу говорят о косяках в чужой стране, но это только плюс. Провел в Праге отличные выходные, комплименты Юго-Стар.

Оформила здесь себе путёвку в Прагу на католическое рождество. Работой менеджера осталась довольна, так как он в деталях рассказал плюсы и минусы всех заинтересовавших меня туров, но этот мне больше всего подошёл по цене. Жила я в отеле Edvin. Он комфортный и уютный, плюс хорошее питание. Всё было хорошо организованно, поэтому я отлично отдохнула. Спасибо. Рекомендую!

Несколько раз брала в этом агентстве путёвки в Чехию,почти всегда была довольна, но есть одно но, все отели я выбирала сама, сотрудники ни разу не помогли с выбором.

Ездили в Словению через эту турфирму. Там жили в 4-звездочном отеле Park, размещение в нем было очень комфортным. Сама страна произвела сильное впечатление, увидели много интересного и узнали много нового. За это хотелось бы нашего экскурсовода - Викторию поблагодарить! Но также хочу и работу фирмы отметить. Хоть и всего один офис в Москве, но работают не хуже, а может даже и лучше крупных фирм. Никаких заминок, и наш менеджер - Савкина Елена буквально все от и до знала. Ей тоже огромное спасибо!

В отпуск с семьей собирались, выбрали туроператор Юго Стар. Решили в Черногорию, путевки оформили очень быстро, получилось по сумме очень выгодно. Плохо что офис только на Таганской, было бы лучше если еще б один хотя бы появился. Экскурсоводом у нас была Ирина, отдых удался на славу, было очень весело, много всяких интересных экскурсий. Будем снова обращаться, только сюда.
