Оператор по телефону общаться не умеет (жена хозяина, ещё и поэтому она всегда права), мастер через губу не переплюнет, хозяин адекватный. Но это не решило моей ситуации. Сдала на диагностику кофемашину,не позвонили(обещали сутки-двое, якобы мне не дозвонились, но могу сказать, что я всегда на связи была). Дозвонилась я на 4ый день. Хамски ответили, что все провели приезжайте, что с ней дальше делать. В итоге договорились на ремонт. Что-то мне в подарок сделали, за неприятную ситуацию… но неделю после ремонта мы не пользовались кофемашиной, а когда включили увидели. Что проблема не устранена. Деньги взяли, а воз и ныне там. В общем зря потраченное время и деньги. Сервис в сервисном центре отсутствует, если есть возможность, то сюда не нужно обращаться

Дорогая диагностика

Уважаемый г-н Кругляков. Диагностика является самой важной, сложной и трудоемкой частью ремонта. Чем выше квалификация мастера, тем дороже его нормо-час. Наши мастера имеют самую высокую квалификацию, регулярно подтверждаемую на аттестациях в Самсунге, LG, Панасонике, Горенье и у др.производителей. Если Вас не устраивают наши цены, Вы можете обратиться к мастерам менее высокой квалификации. Правда, в этом случае мы не можем предсказать результат.

Сломалась стиральная машинка. Сделали диагностику, посоветовали заменить, т.к. уже был большой износ. Очень благодарна мастеру, оперативно и вовремя приехал, все обьяснил, посоветовал что делать дальше. Буду обращаться еще.
