Был прием у психиатра. Все прошло хорошо, персонал вежливый, помогли все найти, объяснили, проводили. Впечатления остались только положительные

Неквалифицированный персонал. За 2 недели назначили дату приема у психотерапевта. За день до приема позвонила девушка, сообщила что врач заболел и не сможет принять. Ладно это бывает, многие болеют. Но - она не выяснила теперь когда удобно мне, чтобы перенести дату встречи, либо так либо отменяем, заинтересованности ноль. - предложила мне записаться к ПСИХИАТРУ. На мой вопрос зачем мне психиатр, если я записывался к психотерапевту, ответ ее был такой :"он вам поставит диагноз, и выпишет ✍️ лечение". Какое лечение? Она даже не знает с каким запросом я обращаюсь, чтобы делать вывод о переключении на врача другой квалификации. В общем, заинтересованности в клиентах ноль, предполагаю что и уровень "врачей" такой же.
