Хочу поблагодарить команду Юджин и Партнёры за Ваш профессионализм и профессиональный персонал, который готов брать сложные проекты под своё крыло. Приходится вносить минимальное количество правок в работу, получая при этом очень хороший отклик от команды. Радует что ребята готовы достаточно быстро подстраиваться под любые изменения и бодро реагируют на замечания. Очень довольна сотрудничеством

Для актуализации своей базы данных, решили обратиться в данный контакт-центр. За спиной был печальный опыт сотрудничества с аутсортинговыми колл-центрами, на результат, скажу честно, особо не надеялись. Но ребята со своей задачей справились, мы даже не надеялись на то, что трёх летняя, забытая база, еще сможет пригодиться. Им удалось ее реанимировать. Очень хорошо продуманные скрипты и действительно креативный подход. Благодарим за старания!
