Ю.С. Импекс полгода назад вновь стал официальным дилером по ремонту и обслуживанию автомобилей марки Ford.

Как оказалось после долгих лет обслуживания- ужасный салон, мастера. А главное, что руководство салона, на мое обращение никак не отреагировало, возможно тоже заинтересовано в экономии за счет покупателей и потребителей. Последнее мое обращение в этот салон, где я приобрета 3 форда, открыла мне сущность этого салона. Обслуживалась я, последние годы, у "мастера " Тишкова Олега, который, после очередного ТО, мне сказал, что надо перебрать переднюю, а потом и заднюю часть автомобиля и когда я выезжала из автосалона после ТО, услышала стук в авто, на что он мне сказал, что надо менять стойки и когда я обратилась, по настоятельному совету друзей, в "гаражи", я пришла в ужас- были недокручены передние колеса. А я ведь на этой машине возила своего маленького ребенка и представить невозможно "если бы разъехались колеса во время движения". Когда я попрасила перепроверить замену запчастей по списку, предоставленному после ТО, то увидев только что "замененные" фильтры, я еще больше ужаснулась- все запчасти, либо были б/у, либо их вообще не меняли. Друзья, ремонтируйте свое авто лучше в "гаражах", только по совету знакомых, у проверенных мастеров-это дешевле в несколько раз, а главное- надежно.

Ольга, подскажите, пожалуйста, к кому из руководителей Вы обращались? Тишков Олег не работает в нашей компании с середины 2018 г., почему Ваш отзыв в Яндекс появился только сейчас?
