Отличное место. Основное направление клуба - джиу-джитсу. Рекомендую особенно женщинам и девочкам любых возрастов - это необходимые знания как защитить себя и реагировать на разные жизненные ситуации, которые в современном мире просто обязательны. Из бонусов - серьезная физическая подготовка, выход энергии, повышение выносливости и самое главное - уверенность в собственных силах. Это единоборство позиционируется как искусство "мягкой силы" - отсутствует бессмысленная агрессия, только взвешенные действия соразмерные ситуации. Не стоит бояться - избежать травматизма помогают грамотные инструкции и профессионализм тренера и рекомендуемая обязательно защита для занятий. Хорошая альтернатива или дополнение к фитнесу за очень символическую плату. За 2 года занятий удалось испытать исключительно положительные эмоции и приобрести полезные навыки, за что огромное спасибо Андрею Сергеевичу, Игорю Михайловичу и всем членам клуба.

Занимаюсь в этом клубе 7-й год. Очень нравится. Есть детские и взрослые группы. Удобное место расположение и время тренировок.
