Покупала клей для паркета . Цена ниже средней по городу , + скидка 3 % при регистрации , доставка бесплатно . Привезли сразу ( предварительно позвонили) , оплата при получении . Хорошая работа , спасибо ))

- Не указывается отсутствие позиций (или отдельных их цветов) при заказе на сайте. - Оператор во время уточнения заказа вам об этом не скажет. - Вы об этом не узнаете, если сами не позвоните узнать, почему до сих пор нет отправки. - Больше нигде не видел формулировки "этот товар у нас на другом складе, надо будет доплатить [в 4 раза больше его стоимости] за его доставку на склад к другим товарам" [а на сайте мы это тоже не напишем]

Достоинства: Заказ паркета через интернет оказался не таким сложным делом, как считалось с самого начала. Оказывается, менеджер сам заинтересован в том, чтобы поскорее отправить заказ покупателю. Он рассчитывает количество материала и стоимость, также помогает подобрать все необходимые товары - в моём случае сопутствующих товаров вышло на 7.000 руб. Сам заказ был тоже не дешевым. Но главное, что всё привезли в один день и во время доставки курьер стоял рядом и просто терпеливо ждал пока я осматриваю каждую позицию, в отдельности. Мне пришлось задержать его на целых 20 минут, но слов возмущения так и не услышал.

Недостатки: Почти весь товар ( нужен был ковролин и линолеум) продается в рулонах по 30 м. Для дачного дома такое количество не нужно, выбор напольного покрытия в нарезку крайне мал. Доставка была нужна на дачу в Ярославскую обл, доставки нет, самим искать транспортную компанию и т.д. Хотела сделать заказ тысяч на 30, но, видимо, клиенты магазину не нужны.
