Ужас: рыба на ролле толщиной менее миллиметра и кусок плёнки в десертеРедко пишу где либо жалобы, очень занят и крайне терпелив к сервису. Но сегодня Тануки отличился. Ранее был вашим частым гостем и доставку заказывал, сегодня, уверен, был последний раз.Итак, сегодня в заказе было 2 ролла, оба должны быть обёрнуты лососем: сякэ темпура и филадельфия. Примерно половина роллов была с лососем более менее приемлемой толщины. Конечно изображению не соответствовали и эти «нормальные» роллы ни по толщине ни 3 стороны не покрыты полностью уже давно, но на такое я закрывал глаза.НО: на 3—4 роллах лосось просто светился, то есть рис было видно насквозь и толщина обёртки была МЕНЕЕ 1 миллиметра! На микроскоп срез готовят такой. Сделаны все фото и будут выложены везде в соц сетях, потому что это наглость и хамство редкое и потому что это только часть истории! За кого вы держите своих клиентов? Тут это не пройдёт.Печаль, что сотрудники то «свои местные» такое вытворяют и наверно шеф-повар с такой «экономией» каждый день с килограммчиком лосося домой уходит. Перестарались.Далее для полного счастья, был обнаружен кусок пакета полиэтиленового в десертном ролле!!! Снято на видео. Как я его случайно обнаружил — не знаю. Повезло что укусил как раз посредине. Может в остальных тоже были такие подарки.Думаю куда с этим всем идти теперь, но так вопрос не оставлю точно. Сегодня пакет, а завтра может гвозди будут?! Ранее не верил подобным отзывам, думал заказное, конкуренты, ага :) Не всегда оказывается. Угощайте этим своих поваров и руководство.Начинаю с официального сайта, но допускаю, что публикации не будет. Что-то подозрительно ни единого отзыва за несколько лет.Так что будет продублировано везде.И ждите СЭС и Госпродпотреб
