Достоинства: нет Недостатки: видимо на клиентах, в первую, очередь экономят. Вчера ждали заказ 40минут!!!!перед этим стояли возле неубранного столика и ждали когда придут его убирать. И это при том, что администратор встретила нас и знала, что мы будем за этим столиком сидеть. При этом цены то у них не упали, а вот, скорее всего, уволили персонал, а клиенты подождут. Больше туда не пойдём, уровень этой едальни упал очень низко. Это во всем:в санузел не было жидкого мыла, никто ни за чем не следит и не отвечает. Официант вечно куда то спешит, не дозовешься и не найдёшь его, посуду грязную не убирает, короче ужас.

Здравствуйте, каждый день ходим компанией в тануки на Петрозаводской 11, по большей части в ночное время, все было Но 15.03.20 пришли с друзьями после 12 ночи покушать, был менеджер мужчина, начал просить паспорта, что бы там посидеть в ночное время и сказал что фотографии показать не подойдет, только пасспорт, так что если вам захочется поесть после 12 ни в коем случае не забывайте пасспорта, нам пришлось уйти тк не у всех были
