Решили поужинать в любимом сетевом ресторане. К сожалению, разочарованы уровнем сервиса. Сначала долго (минут 20) к нам никто не подходил. Потом мы заказали кофе и десерт. Кофе принесли сразу, а десерт через 20 минут, объяснив, что он "выпекался". При этом меренговый рулет принесли абсолютно холодным. Мы попросили официанта заменить остывший кофе, так как впервые с таким столкнулись - кофе отдельно, пирожные потом. Официант сказала, что "может только подогреть!, новый нельзя". Пришёл администратор, подтвердил замену кофе. И после этого нас обслуживала другая девушка, а "наш" официант нас "в упор" не замечала. Чтобы получить счёт, пришлось попросить его у девушки, сидящей на входе, так как к нам никто не подходил в течение получаса. В общем, не повезло нам...

Доброго времени суток! Хотел бы поделиться своим впечатлением от посещения ресторана «тануки». Кухню в данном ресторане считаю одной из лучших в Москве, вкусные роллы, вкусные салаты, все меню достойное но есть одно жирное «НО», это алкоголь, причём если алкоголь не в бутылки, а ты заказываешь коктейль, пиво, вино по бакалам, то не важно выпьешь ты бокал или сделаешь глоток состояние всегда становиться ужасным, болит голова, слабость, такое ощущение что в алкоголь что-то добавляют.

В эти выходные заказывали большой заказ роллов на праздник. Все доставили в срок. Положили соус, васаби, все как положено. Очень вкусно.
