Приобретал в данной фирме запчасти на разные машины - и крупные агрегаты и мелочевку, всегда шли на встречу в случае проблем, и помогали с подбором. Хорошо работают!

Приобрёл в марте у них АКПП на тойоту алекс за 16000₽. Удивило что на кассе девушка сказала что надеется что коробка исправна и я к ним не приеду. Устанавливал у своего автомеханика. Человек реально хорош а своём деле, к нему претензий ни когда не было. Вообщем при переключении с первой на вторую пинок и при езде около 60-80 км/ч при отпускании педали газа с последующим нажатием происходит пинок. Коробка оказалась немного лучше чем моя родная. Короче не советую эту компанию. Итог. 16000₽ АКПП + 3000₽ замена + 4900₽ масло = 23900₽ в пустую. Решайте сами...

Спасибо за отзыв. При покупке акпп, вы могли воспользоваться нашими услугами сто. Мы даем расширенную гарантию на агрегаты и услуги сто, в данном случае мы бы заменили вам агрегат бесплатно на другой или вернули все ваши потраченные денежные средства вместе с расходными материалами и услугами сто.

У вас замена стоила в два раза дороже чем заменил я. Хотел хоть как-то с экономить. Поэтому я принял решение менять не у вас, по надеясь что АКПП в рабочем состоянии. Этот вид АКПП является надёжным и долговечным агрегатом и ходит не одну сотню при правильной эксплуатации и обслуживанию. Поэтому я считаю что эта АКПП снята с автомобиля с большим пробегом по РФ в следствии ДТП или ещё какой-либо причины, а не с японских распилов. В будущем если буду пользоваться вашими услугами то только на детали в которых можно визуально удостовериться в исправности. И вы предложили произвести замену АКПП у вас. То есть поставили бы эту же коробку залили не дешёвое масло, я бы поездил выявился бы дефект, приехал к вам со слюнями бы произвели замену, опять масло и опять неизвестность. И сколько бы я времени и нервов потратил. С учётом того что мне машина нужна по работе почти каждый день. Поэтому буду ездить на этой коробке пока она не умрёт. А потом лучше заказать реально с распила с аукционным листом. Пусть будет мне и другим уроком.
