Заказали здесь кухню по индивидуальному проекту. Сборкой занимался также продавец. При осмотре были обнаружены недостатки, которых в принципе быть не должно-сколы на фасаде, облезающая столешница, неотрегулированные криво висящие ящики. И это при том, что кухней даже не пользовались. Продавец естественно не согласен, не настолько, говорит, всё и страшно, давайте маленько подшаманим и будет вам по красоте,иначе идите в суд. За свой счёт провели товароведческую экспертизу, которая выявила массу недостатков, признав нецелесообразным что-то там "шаманить", надо собирать кухню заново. Написали уже вторую по счету претензию на возврат средств, ждём ответа продавца, хотя расчитывать на ответ не приходится. Ждём 10 дней и подаём в суд. Прошу, всех кто планирует заказывать мебель и рассматривает эту организацию в качестве подрядчика-НЕ ВЕДИТЕСЬ НА КРАСИВЫЕ КАРТИНКИ!!!! Никто из реальных клиентов не будет по своей воле оставлять километровые хвалебные отзывы на всех ресурсах, да ещё с подробными картинками. Всё это фикция, а реальность как раз надо искать в отрицательных отзывах. Не попадайтесь на крючок этой фирмы, если вдруг не повезёт, то придётся пройти весь этот длительный неприятный процесс возврата средств. Учитесь на наших ошибках! Всем удачи!

Добрый день, Гульнара. Не известно с чем именно было связано промедление. Можете обратиться повторно мы работаем ежедневно, без перерыва или оставить номер для обратного звонка. Режим работы магазина по адресу Гагарина 76 (Гагарина/Авроры): - Будни: с 10:00 до 21:00 - Выходные: с 10:00 до 21:00
