Гостиница так себе! Персонал наглый, отношение хамское!!! К экипажу уважения абсолютно никакого! Выбора по питанию нет! Если ты кашу не ешь, крепись до обеда! В кафе все время хамы работают, одна только женщина работала, улыбалась. Ее не вижу уже! Номера убирают, полотенца на пол бросают, сделала замечание, сейчас не вижу такого. Я понимаю что оно в стирку, но это равносильно тому, что тряпку постирать и вытираться ей потом. Конечно не себе же... Подушки под наволочками все в пятнах, противно аж! По уюту средне. При выборе гостиниц, никому не советую это заведение!

Прилетела по делам в а/п Домодедово, друзья с Тюмени посоветовали этот отель. Приехала, на ресепшене с улыбкой встретила администратор Елена, при заселении учла все мои пожелания, и я отправилась в номер, жила тут неделю, убирали номер каждый день,меняли и полотенца. В отеле очень уютно и красиво, номер чистый, уютный, вся сантехника что не мало важно,работала! Вообщем теперь я ваш постоянный гость! Ещё раз спасибо администратору Елене!
