Здравстуйте завтра работаете 7марта

Здравствуйте! 7 марта кассы Энергосбыта работают по субботнему графику, в т.ч. Центр обслуживания потребителей (ул. Ф. Попова, 21) - с 09.00 до 18.00, без перерыва. 8-9 марта - выходные. С 10 марта все кассы функционируют по установленному режиму.

В 11 окне сидит старший кассир. Ужасный специалист, бубнит себе под нос не понятно что, объяснить толком ни чего не может. Чуть не по губам разбираю то, что она говорит. Хотела закрыть счёт, сказала в течении 10 дней сделают расчёт, я пришла через неделю (это ведь в течении 10 дней) говорит ничего не готово и как людям узнать сделали расчёт или нет?! За неделю, думаю, можно рассчитать сколько к оплате. Не понятно для чего посадили туда эту женщину. Купите ей уже рупор или научите разговаривать, чтобы могла чётко и ясно объяснить.

Так я и пришла в течении 10 рабочих дней. И и расчёт не был произведён. Тогда объясняйте людям, чтобы приходили через 10 дней, а не в течении. У всех работа, все заняты. И я тоже не могу тратить свое время, оспрашиваться с работы, чтобы простоять в очереди, а по итогу мне отвечают, что не готово!
