I am highly disappointed of this hotel, but I have decided to give two stars since: 1) the nature is really beautiful, high threes and beautiful bay, 2) the room for baby is big and full of toys so that the baby will really enjoy is staying. The hotel itself is a disaster (it deserves 1 start rating no more): Carpet on the floor is completely ruin, dirty, something I wont expect in a 4 stars hotel. The first day it was strongly smelling of some essence, then the second day the room was strongly smelling of pee. We understood that the essence was just to try cover the smell of the dirty and unwashable moquette. Bathroom accessories are from the 90's maybe, tiles from the 70's, design of maybe a 2 star hotel. There was food below the cupboard at our arrival and it was never removed during our stay. Furniture in the room was dirty in all is parts. Cold room during the night since all window frames are in plastic. Food was a disaster, I am not even going to comment it. As I said, nature is really beautiful, a pitty that the hotel itself is not renovated and maintained as it should. Not a 4 start, doesn't worth your money. Я очень разочарован этим отелем, но решил поставить две звезды, так как: 1) природа действительно красивая, высокие тройки и красивая бухта, 2) комната для ребенка большая и полна игрушек, так что ребенку будет очень приятно там находиться. Сам отель - катастрофа (он больше не заслуживает 1 стартового рейтинга): Ковер на полу совершенно испорченный, грязный, чего я не ожидаю от 4-звездочного отеля. Первый день сильно пахло какой-то эссенцией, потом второй день в номере сильно пахло мочой. Мы поняли, что суть в том, чтобы попытаться заглушить запах грязного и несмываемого ковра. Аксессуары для ванной комнаты, возможно, из 90-х, плитка из 70-х, дизайн, возможно, 2-звездочного отеля. Когда мы приехали, под шкафом была еда, и во время нашего пребывания ее ни разу не убирали. Мебель в номере была грязной во всех частях. Ночью в комнате холодно, так как все оконные рамы пластиковые. Еда была катастрофой, я даже не буду это комментировать. Как я уже сказала, природа действительно красивая, жаль, что сам отель не отремонтирован и не поддерживается в должном состоянии. Не 4 старта, своих денег не стоит.
