01.02.2020 я обратилась в интернет-магазин https://mi-shop.com с целью покупки покупки мобильного телефона. На сайте было указано, что при покупке товара от 3 000 рублей и оплате товара онлайн доставка осуществляется бесплатно, данная информация присутствовала и при непосредственном оформлении покупки на 17 990 рублей (фото с подтверждением прилагаю). Принимая во внимание предложенные условия, я согласилась оплатить онлайн свою покупку на 17990 рублей, чтобы сэкономить на доставке. В итоге с моей карты была списана сумма на 300 рублей больше, т.е. 18 290 рублей, и в присланном на почте чеке указано, что 300 рублей из этой суммы за доставку (чек прилагаю). По телефону представители магазина признали, что списали сумму за доставку, но компенсировать деньгами отказались, и пояснили, что я могу вовсе отказаться от покупки в их магазине, и уплаченную сумму мне вернут, но не сразу, или принять от них купон для покупки в их магазине на 300 рублей. Я квалифицирую это предложение как навязанную покупку. В данном случае нарушены мои права и нарушены ст.437 ГК РФ о публичной оферте и ст.16.1 Закона РФ 2300-1 "О защите прав потребителей" от 07.02.1992. Компенсации я буду добиваться в судебном порядке. Прошу рассмотреть применение к ООО "СМАРТ ОРАНЖ" (ИНН 7703413660) штрафных санкций и обязать указанную организацию вести торговлю в соответствии с законодательством. - это текст жалобы в Роспотребнадзор

Раньше нравилось, не один телефон купила тут...но хорошему всегда приходит конец...купив тут технику со своими проблемами останетесь один на один, а проблемы будут это точно! Сама больше не пойду, и другим не советую!
