Отличный клуб! Всё работает, всё прекрасно! Персонал лапушки. Цена высокая, но за ней стоит хорошее качество предоставляемых услуг и отсутствие толп людей и очередей на тренажёры.

Очень плохо. Уже год, как у меня здесь абонемент у всей семьи. Администратор, которая продавала нам абонемент, быстро уволилась и отстоять, что было озвучено в начале, не у кого. По факту очень многое оказалось в корне не так. Работать некому: вечно нет людей то на баре, то в кассе. Огромная текучка. Браслеты не срабатывают. Кабинки не закрываются. Менеджмент и коммуникации просто никакие. Мы всё думали, что Клуб новый, наверное, притираются, налаживают. Ан нет. Просто слабое управление. Сервис такой же. Есть и плюсы: новое оборудование, тренерский состав. Если есть альтернатива, то лучше выбрать другой клуб. Нервы и время точно сбережете!

Клуб позиционирует себя как премиальный, но не предлагает «коротких» ознакомительных, на один два месяца, карт, как это делается в других клубах. Обычно, это свидетельствует о переполненности клуба, или каких-то других серьезных недостатках в его работе.

Я с вами не согласна. Наоборот, когда клуб продает короткие карты, будет намного больше людей (ведь позволить себе карту на 1—3 мес. может намного больше людей..чем брать на год за 60—70 тыс.руб.)…да и контингент тогда в клубе будет совершенно не нужный! Говорю, потому что столкнулась с такой проблемой однажды. Молодцы, что так продают

С весны сюда хожу и еще ни разу не пожалела. Подруга как-то позвала в зал и меня затянуло. Здесь очень классная атмосфера и люди. Беру персональные занятия с тренером (Николаем зовут), чтобы ощущать «волшебный пинок». Мы работаем на результат. А в просторном зале, да с тренажерами не потертыми временем это еще приятнее делать. По пятницам балую себя массажиком — очень расслабляет, после работы то, что надо!
