Клуб не пережил карантин и закрылся. О закрытии узнали через знакомых и т.д. Сам клуб и не думал предупреждать своих клиентов, не предоставляет никакой информации. Полная тишина по поводу возврата денежных средств. Времени разобраться с этим было несколько месяцев, начиная с конца марта месяца.

23.06.2020 Все фитнес клубы Москвы открываются. На офиц страницах в соц сетях никакой информации о возобновлении работы клуба нет. Самостоятельно позвонила в клуб 22.06.2020 и мне сообщили, что клуб прекратил свою работу. Почему такое отвратительное отношение к клиентам? Почему я должна узнавать это вот так? Почему заранее не позаботились и не сообщили? Что с нашими картами? И еще куча вопросов и возмущения
