Воскресили фары, установили би лёд линзы в рефлекторные фары. Свет стал шикарен. Сломали крепление толи бампера, толи фары. Теперь большой зазор и фара стоит криво. Свою вину не признали, хотя авто не билось и до них никто туда не лазил.

Добрый день! Спасибо Вам большое за отзыв! Могли бы Вы написать номер заказ-наряда или гос номер авто ( можно три цифры ) и марку, чтобы мы могли найти вас в нашей базе и выяснить причины сложившейся ситуации.

Неоднозначные впечатления остались после неоднократного взаимодействия. Покупал линзы биксеноновые для машины с переходными рамками, стеклами и лампами, все отлично, никаких вопросов, все встало идеально, свет с 2017 года по-прежнему идеальный. Но вот с противотуманными фарами всё не складывается, уже замучился. Купил светодиодные лампы в противотуманки, поставил, все светило, отлично, после погасла одна, обратился к Xenonshop, сказали приезжайте - посмотрим. Приехал, обнаружили, что подизносилась "коса", то ли от влаги, то ли еще что, точно не определили, но всё сделали, загорелась (оплатил 1000 рублей), важно, что сказали, если не погаснет - вернем деньги, но проблему решим. Через 3 месяца тоже самое, звоню, приехал, смотрят, опять проблема с "косой", хотя уже в прошлый раз исправляли. Опять говорят нужно сделать, хорошо, делаем и опять оплачиваю 1000 рублей за ремонт "косы". Через 4 месяца противотуманка одна опять гаснет, другая как Вы понимаете всё это время хорошо работает. Уже не знаю, что делать и стоит ли обращаться еще раз, платить по 1000 рублей на 3-4 месяца, мне кажется, не разумно, а если, например, видно, что проблема не решается, зачем говорить, что все исправим и будет работать. Вот такой итог, может мне не повезло и это моя проблема, но я искренне приезжаю, пытаюсь её решить, берутся деньги, но это временное решение, лампы всё это время были рабочие, раз они загорались после ремонта. С ближним светом всё отлично с начало установки - этим очень доволен, но с противотуманками вопрос так и не решился
