Вчера обманули - не получила скидку 10%, положенную мне по карте. Чек в этом магазине всегда дают без расшифровки позиций, общий, поэтому обнаружила только вечером, что скидку не сделали. Сегодня пыталась добиться справедливости - увы, ничего не докажешь. А ведь я в этот магазин уже отнесла не меньше 100 тыс. за несколько лет! А обманули на 3 тыс., видимо, плохо дело, раз на таких мелочах кроят. Продавец, который обманул - такой худой, малорослый мальчик в очках, Фадеев, будьте внимательнее.

вчера обманули — не дали положенную по карте скидку 10% — обнаружила только дома, т.к. чек здесь всегда дают общий, без расшифровки позиций. Сегодня пыталась вернуть деньги — невозможно ничего доказать. Я за несколько лет в этом магазине не меньше 100 тыс. потратила, а меня обманули на 3 тыс. Противно! Продавец, который обманул — худенький, малорослый, в очках — Фадеев — будьте внимательны!
