Покупаем корм давно. У нас бульдожки. Это очень аллергичная и капризная порода, очень разборчивая в еде. Сотрудники фирмы большие молодцы, ооочень доброжелательные и отзывчивые. А корм- просто супер! Только его собаки наши едят и очень довольны!!!

Торгуют испорченным кормом.Хотя корм считается гиппоаллергенный и элитный, но это не так . Заказала корм Ягнёнок с рисом 15 кг,заплатив за него 6590 рублей, срок годности до 10.10.2020 года. Открыв мешок чуть не задохнулась. Воняло прогорклым «элитным» кормом.Таким кормом можно отравить домашнего любимца. Позвонила на фирму,попросила поменять мешок, мне отказали , да ещё в грубой форме нахамили. Электронная почта на сайте не работает. Посмотрела отзывы об этой фирме , оказывается это не первый случай , когда они торгуют испорченными кормами.

Уважаемая, Светлана, отвечаем на ваш негативный отзыв. Корм Вами покупался 22.11.2018 года стоимость мешка на данный момент составляла 6.640 рублей, прошел ровно год с момента покупки Вами мешка, как и при каких условия целый год хранился мешок нам не известно, так же и не известен тот факт, когда именно Вами был вскрыт мешок и как хранился вскрытый мешок с кормом. Вам никто не хамил с вами общались уважительно, для начала нам нужно было выяснить, когда покупался мешок корма и где, вы к сожалению не смогли предоставить никакой полной информации, изначально вы сказали, что корм покупали вы, далее информация была, что покупку совершала ваша подруга и только спустя час выяснилось, что корм покупался вами год назад. Мы очень уважительно относимся к своим клиентам и всегда идем им навстречу, но в данной ситуации обменять вскрытый мешок корма, который хранился где-то год мы не можем. За качество корма мы вручаемся и за целый год ни одной жалобы на качество корма Ягненок/рис не поступало!
