Заказывал тут фотоколлаж из семейных фотографий. Консультанты помогли выбрать и органично сопоставить все фото, отдельное спасибо мастеру багета за выполнение. Заказ изготовлен быстро и качество распечатанных фото приятно удивило. Цены адекватные, обслуживание хорошее.

Судите сами, хотели бы Вы пользоваться услугами данного фотосалона. В октябре я меняла документы и нужно было к заявлению приложить фото. Когда я пришла, объяснила ситуацию, указала, что фото на паспорт. Соответственно, нужно было сделать их определенного размера. Фото сделали, довольно быстро. Я пошла в МФЦ на 14 линии. Прождала свою очередь до окошка 1 час 10 минут( очереди были огромные). Когда настала моя очередь, мне забраковали (!) эти фото. Прямо линейкой показали, что с обеих сторон брак. По неск. мм. Я пошла, в не самом лучшем настроении, обратно, на что в салоне мне просто перепечатали фото, уже нормально измерили, однако даже не извинились, будто я сама виновата,а не ошибка их сотрудника. Угадайте, сколько ещё десятков минут мне пришлось ждать своей очереди в МФЦ снова? Достаточно, чтобы никому не рекомендовать данное место.

Спасибо Вам за отзыв. Мы перепроверяем требования к фотографиям всякий раз при возникновении неточностей, чтобы больше таких ситуаций не повторялось. Приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства.
