Магазин не понравился) В заказе 1732165 выдали бутылку непрезентабельного вида, с порванной этикеткой и смятым, грязным вкладышем в тубусе. Помогают с решением вопроса долго, вместо замены порченного товара предлагают смехотворную скидку. Не советую магазин для приобретения качественных, дорогих напитков, даже не довезут в нормальном состоянии. Вообще удивительно, что мой заказ стоял на полке в торговом зале, не на складе лежал, не в специальном ящике, а просто в зале - да мало ли кто открывал и портил упаковку из посетителей? Девушка на кассе вместо предложения замены пожала плечами, со словами: «Так доставили». В общем, пользуйтесь нормальными магазинами) UPD: а вот замечательный ответ: «По результатам проверки других бутылок импортер сообщил, что, в связи с особенностью размеров тубы и бутылки, все экземпляры имеют схожий внешний вид, так как избежать заломов на буклете при складывании нет возможности, к сожалению, как и избежать деффекта этикетки при сканировании.» Все, что нужно знать об этом «бутике», как они себя кличут)

Прекрасный магазин. Не могу сказать, что являюсь частым посетителем,поскольку для посещения был удобен другой магазин (сейчас он закрыт). Огромный ассортимент для заказа и это очень удобно,оформление и доставка заказа оперативны, покупатель приехал и забрал,не припомню ожиданий,тем более длительных.Сетовать на то,что в магазине представлено малое количество наименований, по-моему,претенциозно и нелепо, учитывая небольшие площади магазинов. Желаю Вам процветания и как можно больше благодарных покупателей!
