Менеджер по телефону не предупредил, что по регламенту магазина нужно обязательно иметь при себе паспорт. По законодательству рф достаточно визуального соответствия. К сожалению мне больше 30 и выгляжу я как здоровый боров, но нет :)

Здравствуйте, Борис. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Вы абсолютно правы, что менеджер должен был Вас предупредить по телефону о том, что может потребоваться документ, но не сделал этого. По регламенту компании сотрудники магазинов спрашивают паспорт у всех, кто выглядит моложе 30 лет (так как несовершеннолетние порой выглядят на 10 лет старше своего возраста). Еще раз приносим Вам свои извинения за возникшую ситуацию. Надеемся, что Вы остались довольны тем, как наша компания решила проблему и что Вам понравилось подаренное нами вино)). Спасибо большое! Действительно мне стоит полностью поменять свой отзыв! Работа вашей команды полностью исправила ситуацию! Спасибо за вино в подарок (в первый раз такое встречаю) даже не верится. И всё равно люди берите с собой паспорт! (не повторяйте моих ошибок) Но главный респект команде маркетинга магазина) и отдельное спасибо бренд менеджеру!

Случайно наткнулся на этот магазин (ленинский 52) выходя из универмага,подумал дай зайду,еще и жена просила вина купить,но я особо не надеялся что оно будет в наличии. А тут оказалось оно есть,такой приятный магазин и такие же приятные сотрудники,сразу проконсультировали по наличию,у них оказалось очень большой ассортимент разных напитков. В итоге купил жене вина,себе выдержанного рома за три копейки,остался крайне доволен своими покупками и магазином в целом. Всем рекомендую сие приятный магазин.
