Менеджер по телефону не предупредил, что по регламенту магазина нужно обязательно иметь при себе паспорт. По законодательству рф достаточно визуального соответствия. К сожалению мне больше 30 и выгляжу я как здоровый боров, но нет :)

Здравствуйте, Борис. Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. Вы абсолютно правы, что менеджер должен был Вас предупредить по телефону о том, что может потребоваться документ, но не сделал этого. По регламенту компании сотрудники магазинов спрашивают паспорт у всех, кто выглядит моложе 30 лет (так как несовершеннолетние порой выглядят на 10 лет старше своего возраста). Еще раз приносим Вам свои извинения за возникшую ситуацию. Надеемся, что Вы остались довольны тем, как наша компания решила проблему и что Вам понравилось подаренное нами вино)).
