Расколота плитка на ступеньках и крыльце входа в пункт, у входной двери вообще нет ручки, вместо неё привязана какая-то плоская верёвка. Удивительно, что такой огромный интернет-магазин не может отремонтировать входную зону пункта выдачи заказов... 😟

Живу в этом районе почти год. До этого жила в другом, и есть, так сказать, с чем сравнить. И вот весь этот год просто возмущена поведением и общением Ирины. Как ниже описали, другого слова, кроме «хамло» для описания этого сотрудника не могу подобрать. Не дай Бог попадёшь на перекур. Будешь ждать и смотреть на недовольное лицо Ирины, пока она не докурит. Вечно она смотрит/слушает сериалы на предельной громкости, и ее ничего не смущает. На прошлой неделе пришлось даже вступить в открытый конфликт по поводу перепутанных мною 2 упаковочных пакетов. «У меня таких как вы, знаете сколько?», «Нуууу, начинается!» и прочее и прочее, и прочее. Хожу в этот пункт только из-за того, что он в соседнем доме. Но с таким сотрудником каждый раз иду, как на войну. Уж не знаешь, что выкинет, и чем будет недовольна. И кстати, уж не знаю, по какой причине, то ли из вредности, то ли от невнимательности, одну вещь из моего возврата она так и не провела. Забрать забрала, кивнула мне, что все ок. Но вещь не провела, как возврат, и соотвественно, деньги мне не вернулись. Пришлось звонить на горячую линию и выяснять. Сейчас будут разбираться и смотреть по камерам. Сказать, что мне не приятно — ничего не сказать!!!
