Всё просто: под вечер зашёл в приложение, заказал необходимое, пришел-забрал товар. Вдвойне приятно, когда этот же товар находишь в магазинах дороже:)

Ужасное место. Ночные сотрудники работаю так, что "дневные" потом ничего не могут найти. Неделю не могу получить товар, с меня же потом ещё и комиссию спишут.

Забирал костюмчик дочки и сразу спросил можно ли будет вернуть, если не подойдет размер, мне ответила, что да конечно можно. В итоге не подошел размер, отвез в пункт, но мне сказали, что это пижамный костюм и возврату не подлежит. Почему сразу не предупредили, что это пижама и возвратить нельзя. Написали продавцу о том что размер не подошел но запрос на возврат отклонили, пришлось покупать еще один нужного размера.

Пункт выдачи Wildberries находится в удобном месте, работает без выходных и предоставляет качественное обслуживание. Однако иногда возникают очереди, и приходится ждать.
