Заказали и приобрели микроволновку в этом магазине. Оказалась с браком. Пытался дозвониться - бесполезно, не возможно. Принес им ее обратно в течение двух суток. Деньги вернуть, естественно, отказались. Предложили сдать на экспертизу. Я согласился. Срок рассмотрения по регламенту 45 дней. На сегодня срок истек, в магазине разводят руками - проблема эта не их, они лишь выдают товары, оказывается, никакими представителями магазина они не являются по факту, лишь вывеска и только выдача товара, никаких обязательств. звоните по единому телефону. Вот такой вот отвратительный сервис. Ни денег ни товара. По единому телефону получил разъяснение: да сроки вышли, да ваша заявка не рассмотрена, ждите решения. Когда оно будет - не известно. Отвратительный подход.

Во-первых, этот пункт ближе всего к работе. Огромный плюс. Могу в обед заскочить. Во-вторых, вежливые девчата работают. Видно что очень стараются. Мне кажется это самый загруженный пункт выдачи. Так что те кто там работет - большие трудяги.
