Сотрудник очень приветливый,не смотря на то,что я пришла за 15 мин до закрытия мне все разъяснил и даже дал советы на следующюю покупку,что лучше заказать несколько подобных моделей и разных размеров,чтобы было из чего выбрать.Сам сайт супервыгодный,огромный ассортимент

Покупки в Wildberries очень выгодные! Брендовый товар можно купить в 2-4 раза дешевле чем в магазине!!! Покупаю тут очень много вещей, от нижнего белья, до зимних пуховиков для всей семьи! Не нужно тратить все выходные на то, что бы найти в магазинах то, что тебе нужно, а тут просто прлистать каталог на планшете леже на диване,сидя в автобусе и всё! Экономия нервов, времени и сил! Никаких приставучих продавцов, пытающихся втюхнуть что попало! Можно выбрать несколько товаров для мужа/ребёнка, прийти в одно место, померить, выбрать из 3-4 товаров один и купить, прелесть! Отличенй магазин! Недостаток в том, что есть фирмы, производящие некачественные, крайне бюджетные вещи, такие вещи часто идут не по размерной сетке из плохой ткани ужасного пошива которая долго не прослужит! Пункт выдачи товаров на Карла Маркса, 81 очень нравится! Сотрудники дружелюбные, очень приятно приходить сюда! В пункте выдачи на Перелёта сотрудники обычно без настроения, без удовольствия объясняют что-либо посетителям.

Пункт небольшой, имеются 4 примерочные, есть крючки, куда повесить одежду, есть ложки для обуви. Продавцы работают быстро и четко, поэтому очередей вообще нет. Что мне особенно нравится, так это отношение к возвратам. Никакого неудовольствия, осуждения, даже если ничего из заказанного не выкупаешь. Есть скамейки в зале, где можно присесть, когда ожидаешь родных, примеряющих вещи, и большой удобный стол, на котором можно упаковать покупки
