Никогда не пользуйтесь услугами данного пунка самовывоза! Персонал конкретно здесь просто ужас! Будьте готовы к тому, что от Вашего заказа откажутся сами сотрудники без Вашего непосредственного участия, процент выкупа соответственно упадет, а в тех поддержке скажут, что это технический сбой, но при этом сотрудница поржет Вам в лицо и отрыгнет - "а что мне было делать, я взяла и отказалась, потому что уже открыла вас как клиента, перезакажите и все..." Да иди ты на Х!Й!!! Мне товар этот нужен был конкретно 26.03.2020 а не через 4 дня... Если это читает руководство данного пункта самовывоза, очень рекомендовал бы Вам принять меры к таким сотрудникам и как минимум разъяснить этим неандертальцам порядок работы с клиентами, ведь из за таких ситуаций и складывается мнение людей о компании в целом!

На данный пункт прислали мою вещь..курьера 3 день жду! Понимаю возможно нет людей..кто мог бы это сделать..ужас..если б свойадресзнала, указала б свой адрес. Пртходится ждать куртку и мерзнуть
