Ужас, пришла днем, пункт выдачи закрыт и приклеена драная бумажка с надписью «перерыв 30 минут». Причем считать, видимо, от момента прочтения бумажки. Ладно, постою, думаю. А на улице еще январь месяц был и как бы мороз. В интернете указано, что пункт выдачи работает без перерыва. Простояла минут 10-15. Открылась дверь, парень кассир кого-то выпустил и буркнул мне, что закрыто, и вообще надо ждать минут 20 еще. На мой вопрос, почему вообще они закрыты, и почему не указано время перерыва «от и до», он просто закрыл дверь перед моим носом.

Хочу поделится с вами историей длиной в 10 дн. По адресу Ярыгинская набережная 19а Решила приобрести пуховики в рассрочку, соответственно карта по которой совершаемся рассрочка и пуховики прибыли в срок. Начали оформлять рассрочку как оказалось принтер не работает, соответственно рассрочку мне оформить не могут, девушка попросила прийти завтра, я согласилась ( подумала всякое бывает ). На следущий день, принтер снова не работал (сказали сегодня прийдет мастер) в итоге так продолжалось ...3,4,5...10 дн. В итоге у товара истёк срок хранения и он был возвращён ! Почему к покупателю такое отношение ?! Если вы предоставляете услугу рассрочку, но соответствующего оборудования в рабочем состоянии не имеете. При чем никакие жалобы на ускорение этой ситуации не действуют. Тогда я спросила могу ли я перенаправит карту в др офис на что мне ответили нет, и новую я могу создать только через 30 дн!!!
