Постоянно заказываем вещи и интернет-магазин всем устраивает. Вот только не нравятся общение с представителями в пункте выдачи (периодически хамят), а также грязь в примерочных (особенно на ковриках) и на порожках можно убиться. Аккуратнее сейчас в зимний период - порожки не прочищены, а под снегом лежит скользкий размокший картон!

Единственный пункт в Туле, который говорит так: «Не делайте возврат у нас, у нас с зарплаты процент вычитают. Лучше, например, получать у нас, а возвраты делать в других пунктах выдачи». Слышала такое от сотрудника примерно год и или два назад, когда оформила возврат. Но промолчала, удивляясь наглости сотрудника. А тут недавно стала свидетелем такого же явления. Нечто)))
