Что такое клиентоориентированность в данном магазине не знают ни курьеры ни специалисты колл-центра, ни тетя стоящая за прилавком. То забудут привезти товар, то не той расцветки, то поломанный, то по браку деньги вернуть это труд трудский, хотя брак очевидный (не принимают на пункте) короче очень и очень не хорошие дела.

Попробовала заказывать в Вайлдберрисе недавно. Был опыт трёх заказов и все неудачные. Заказывала ветровку, плащ, пальто. На картинкке сайта вроде всё выглядит прилично, получаешь— смотреть стремно. Вечером после работы в пункт выдачи лучше не ходить, народу очень много. Сразу после открытия было пусто, правда при мне мыли полы. Одно хорошо, когда возвращаешь не подходящий тебе заказ, молча принимают обратно. Может попробую еще что-то заказать, но пока рекомендовать этот магазин не буду.

Потому что в помещении в одной из кабинок давно треснуло зеркало, и на стене позади сотрудника большое грязное (мокрое? жирное?) пятно. В остальном вопросов нет.
