Купил в данном магазине конвектор Timberk, он был рабочий но откровенно китайского, очень низкого качества. Последнее время проблем с возвратом товара в магазин обычно не возникает, все крупные торговые сети нормально к этому относятся, и проблем не возникает, но с эти магазином не так. Сначала позвонил туда по 8-800.. с вопросом как все оформить, на что мне девушка откровенно хамила, сказала что сдать можно только на "проверку качества" на 45 дней, (товар был сдан на следующий день после покупки, не распакованый), на мои возражения про ЗПП начала пугать что деньги не вернут в любом случае, что разговор записывается, вела себя крайне не адекватно. Такая манера общения у нас в "деревне" была принята в конце 90х начале 2000х, поэтому я был искренне удивлен. В пункте выдачи молодой человек был вполне адекватный, вошел в мое положение, но забирать обратно конвектор не собирался, единственное что мог предложить это "придумать какую-нибудь неисправность" и сдатть на проверку качества. На мой вопрос "почему у них не работает ЗоЗПП по которому можно сдеть в течении 7 дней без объяснения причин" отвечал что у них такие правила, политикой магазина это не предусмотрено и по другому он поступить не может. Пришлось вспоминать как пишется претензия, и сдавать с ней. Входящий он мне не поставил, мотивируя это тем, что это не их документ и он не имеет прав его подписывать. Вообщем бред какой то.
