Заказала в данную точку товар. Пришло уведомление о поступлении, приходим, а заказа то уже и нет. «Вы его уже получили, ниче не знаем, звоните на горячую линию». Заказ мой потеряли вы, а звонить его искать нужно мне? И спасибо, что из-за этого полетела бесплатная доставка т.к. товар не был выкуплен! ;)

Не понимающий сотрудник. Бестолку просить не курить. Сверху жилые помещения, детские, а он, выйдя на крыльцо рабочего места, начинает курить.

Ужасно!!! Сегодня 25 апреля была в этом пункте самовывоза. Обратилась за своим заказом, парень выдал мне пакет, в котором находились заказанные вещи, по большей части детские. Сотрудник интернет магазина спросил меня, буду ли я брать товары. Я конечно же согласилась, так как дочке маленькой очень нужна шапка на весну. Оплату произвела онлайн по требованию магазина ещё 13 апреля. Менеджер магазина сказал, что нужно оплатить дважды. Благо интернет заработал, я открыла и показала оплаченный мной чек. Вообщем он продолжал обслуживать параллельно других клиентов. Товары не отдавал, требуя оплатить ещё раз, сказал что у них какой-то сбой системы. Тогда я показала второй чек об оплате на почте и срок хранения товаров до 29 апреля. Написала обращение в тех поддержку, видно тех поддержка магазина в единственном лице этого оператора магазина на Минской. Ни извинений, ни денег, ни товара... Так ещё зашла в карточку в свой личный кабинет он самостоятельно оформил в карточке возврат, а на телефон пришла смс, что вернут деньги в течении 5 дней и сумма не 1855,а всего 593р...Очень рада, что никогда не приобретала технику и какие-то дорого стоящие товары в этом интернет-магазине. Очень ОГОРЧЕНА. А дочка теперь без шапки и нужно опять мотаться тратить время и вернут ли деньги большой вопрос!!!
