Просмотрела все отзывы.На мой взгляд,очень даже адекватные сотрудники!Не могу не отметить,что сотрудники данного пвз очень сдержаны,лично стала сведетелем неадекватности клиентов.Такое впечатление,что одни королевы и короли ходят за заказами и все должны кланяться!Сотрудники пытаются юмором сгладить ситуации,независящие от них!Особенно девушка в очках😁Юмористка ещё та!Они просто выдают заказы!Не продают!Все мы люди и настроение бывает разное,но когда с утра очередная королевская знать портит настрой,то и на всех рычать непроизвольно начинаешь!Люди!Будьте добрее!

Ужасное отношение к клиентам. Сделал заказ к дню рождения супруги, оплатил, товар приехал в пункт самовывоза рядом с моим домом. Пошёл забирать, достаю товар - брак, причём такой явный (много царапин). Вернул. Настроение естественно уже испортилось, так как к дню рождения не успел. Заказал по-новой. Приходит снова бракованный товар на этот раз дефект из-за того, что товар кто-то использовал по всей видимости...вернул...позвонил в клиентский сервис и что вы думаете мне там сказали??? Сфоткайте товар, заполните заявление, мы его ещё и рассмотрим в течение 3х раб дней. На складе этот товар снимут с оборота, т.е. получается те позиции с браком, которые я до этого возвращал, они опять возвращались в продажу (!!!) ахахахаха это просто цирк! И главное не предложили даже самой дешманской скидки или там промо-кода, чтобы нивелировать негатив! Резюмирую: не рекомендую здесь покупать НИ-ЧЕ-ГО. Ну разве что туалетную бумагу. Это будет просто космос если они смогут вам привезти бракованную туалетную бумагу.
