02.02.2017 звонила, что бы уточнить о программах для детей, оператор по телефону вообще не в курсе ничего, что клуб предоставляет, сказала приходите и на ресепшене все узнаете!!! Ужаааас

Вы уверены, что вы пишете про этот Клуб? Здесь на все телефонные звонки и отвечают сами девочки с ресепшн и сразу направляют в детский клуб, сама про ребёнка узнавала перед тем как мы карты купили.
