Купила абонимент из-за stretch. Очень слабые занятия, больше напоминают занятия для больных после реабилитации. Хочу заметить, при покупке абонемента, я пыталась выяснить на кого ориентирован клуб, меня заверили, что занятия разработаны и ориентированы на разные уровни. Групповые занятия в данном фитнес клубе могу порекомендовать, только если вы пенсионер, который всю жизнь ничем не занимался или человек с ограниченными возможностями. Если вы человек с хорошей физ.подготовкой или спортсмен, то на занятиях вам делать нечего. Мне не точно не удается развиться дальше, у меня даже не получается поддержать тот уровень, с которым пришла. Причем, я поняла, что такие занятия не плохие инструктора, а концепция клуба. Я занималась во многих клубах, с уверенностью могу сказать, что самые слабые и никчемные занятия здесь. Вывод: если вы неспортивны, может вам и подойдет. Если нужен качественный полноценный stretch, вам не сюда. – показать

Благодарим Вас за обратную связь.Уровень тренировок и форматы проведения утверждены по сети, рассчитаны на разный уровень людей, также в зависимости от тренера и группы меняется интенсивность урока. Мы приняли во внимание Ваше замечание и направим работу на улучшение данного урока. Также вы можете попробовать углубленный стретч он называется «студия шпагата» — это платная мини-группа.

Вы либо приходите к нам заниматься, либо вовсе не приходите! А по месяцам платить — это несерьезно, ни один уважающий себя клуб так не работает!

Странно, а на сайте указанно, что можно раз в месяц платить. Наверное вы клуб, который не уважает себя)))
