Комментарий: 2 года пользуюсь услугами Клуба на Зеленом, жена (Тимошенко Ир.Иг. — 5 лет). В январе 2020 г. мы приостановили (письменно) свои посещения на время ремонта тренаж.зала (14 дней). До этого события наши Карты были действительны до 2.02.2020 В результате «профессиональных» действий менеджмента срок моей карты 003025487 не изменился, а к карте жены прибавили 28 дней. Два устных и 1 письменное обращения к менеджерам ничего не дали. Четвертая жалоба через сайт принесла результат: на мою новую карту 003030509 (активирована 8 ФЕВРАЛЯ 2020) были прибавлены 14 дней, при этом ИСЧЕЗЛИ 30 ДНЕЙ посещений. Срок действия моей карты теперь — 16 ЯНВАРЯ 2020. Итог: потеря целого месяца занятий по вине менеджеров клуба на Зеленом. Поздравляю с «великолепным результатом» работы администрации клуба и обещаю всячески «рекламировать» фитнес-центр в доступных он-лайн источниках. Большое спасибо! Очень ледяная вода в бассейне, люди многие болеют, я сама второй раз заболела, это безобразие, пришли заниматься аквааэробикой для здоровья, а получается наоборот все. Люди все жалуются, что очень холодно. Если меры не предпрмите, значит нужно решать вопрос с высшем инстанциями.
