Пополнить счет -- заполучить мои деньги -- вы соглашаетесь без проблем, а вот, чтобы дальше я мог воспользоваться своими деньгами -- вы выстраиваете заморочки с аттестатами и копиями паспорта. И это всё для того, чтобы отправить 130 рублей внутри ВАШЕЙ же системы. Вот честно: вы себя слышите? У меня нет никакого желания отправлять ВСЕ свои паспортные данные и КОПИЮ паспорта НЕ ПОНЯТНО кому.
