Очень медленное обслуживание, долгая доставка товара , и не очень приветливый персонал . Хотелось бы побольше улыбок от менеджеров🤗 Может я конечно не знаю внутренней кухни компании, и у них очень маааленькая зарплата . Но я считаю что работая где бы то нибыло ты должен делать всегда больше чем от тебя требуется, ведь тебя не заставляют это твой выбор. Улыбайтесь и люди потянуться к вам😁 Отдельно хочу поблагодарить за хорошую работу Романа , Марину и Анну эти ребята молодцы

К сожалению, про качество обслуживания рассказать не могу, так как в магазин попасть так и не удалось. Достаточно долго его искали. Через Венёвское шоссе ехать не советую, дорога упирается в закрытые ворота (видимо частная территория), а навигатор настаивает на протяжении пути. В итоге доехали через Щегловскую засеку, но нас не пустили. Для входа нужна их бонусная карта (или ещё какая-то карта)

Любовь, здравствуйте! Сожалеем, что Вы не смогли попасть в магазин: мы уже связывались с 2ГИС и просили поправить отображение маршрута, но пока изменений нет. Другие сервисы отображают путь корректно, со стороны Щегловской засеки. Магазин находится на производственной территории с пропускным режимом для работников. Для того, чтобы попасть в магазин на машине (ворота 22-23), никакой пропуск не нужен, достаточно сказать, что едете в ЦГС. Мы всегда рады новым клиентам. Возможно, Вам удобнее приехать в наш офис на ул. Мосина, 6/8.
