Заказал на сайте две позиции: кресло и подушку. С датами доставки все было ок. Но курьер кресло привез, а подушку нет. Далее началось самое интересное. ЭТО ЗВОНКИ МЕНЕДЖЕРАМ! Они не хотят решать проблемы, они хотят договорить и положить трубку. Я три раза звонил, как оказалось первые два раза просто так, ввиду халатности прекрасных девушек-менеджеров, то есть просто наобещали что займутся проблемой, а на самом деле нет! Конечно я могу еще 10 раз позвонить, мне заняться же больше нечем! Далее выяснилось, что я должен написать в письменной форме какое-то заявление и отправить им на почту, потом подождать время и они что-то предпримут, но это неточно. Стоимость подушки конечно не стоит моего времени, зато вот вам прекрасный отзыв, уважаемые WallyTally, больше к вам никогда не вернусь! Если вас очень привлекли цены в данном магазине, то задумайтесь, за что вы здесь недоплатили, скорее всего за сервис!

О качестве мебели пока не могу сказать, но о клиентоориентированности эта компания и ее операторы явно не слышали. Изначально дату доставки за несколько часов до согласованного времени перенесли на 2 дня позже, но это полбеды. Время, на которое перенесли доставку никто со мной не согласовывал и оператор поставил перед фактом, что доставка может быть только в промежуток с 7 до 11 утра и никаким образом это время изменено быть не может. Собственно, спасибо компании за испорченное утро и разбуженного в 7 утра ребёнка.
