Самый лучший салон массажа в округе. Работаем на Земляном Валу, практически весь офис является постоянными клиентами этого салона. Спасибо огромное сотрудникам!

Здравствуйте, посетила данный спа салон Вай-Тай 1 июля 2019 г. Предварительно позвонив по телефону указанному на подарочном сертификате уточнила могу ли я использовать сертификат и скидку 20% (за первое посещение) вместе, получила положительный ответ, более того позвонила в сам салон и менеджер(администратор) совместно со мной расчитала сколько будет стоить массаж, и я уточнила могу ли я воспользоваться подарочным сертификатом и скидкой одновременно на что тоже получила положительный ответ. И во т после массажа при оплате услуг администратор заявляет что одновременно использование подарочного сертификата и скидки за первое посещение невозможно. Сказать, что я была в шоке ничего не сказать. Как так устроенная система или это сделана специально, чтобы люди пройдя все процедуры платили больше чем рассчитывали. Но больше всего поразило, что не принесли извинения. Очень печально, что люди обогащаются за чужой счёт так некрасиво. Ведь у салона существует репутация, однако ради выгоды они идут на такие некрасивые поступки. – показать
