Это квест на терпение. Кто сможет просидеть более 2-х часов в корридоре, того и примут. В государственной больнице я сидела в коридоре более 3-х часов с жуткой болью. Выбора у меня тогда не было. Боялась ослепнуть. Так принято у медиков. Все больницы испытывают пациентов на прочность и даже коммерческие.

Уважаемая Екатерина! Изучив Ваш отзыв, АНО «Клиника ВЗГЛЯД» считает необходимым отметить следующее. Медицинская помощь в Клинике оказывается только в плановом порядке по предварительной записи, в связи с чем всем пациентам с острой болью сотрудником колл-центра рекомендуется обратиться в соответствующую организацию скорой медицинской помощи для получения профильного лечения. В связи с этим полагаем, что описываемый в отзыве случай ожидания медицинской помощи с острой болью не имеет отношения к Клинике «ВЗГЛЯД». Дополнительно необходимо отметить, что в договоре на оказание медицинских услуг определено, что назначенное время начала оказания услуг является условным и может быть изменено по независящим от исполнителя обстоятельствам (оказание экстренной помощи, сложность и тяжесть заболевания других пациентов, отключение электроэнергии и др.). Кроме того, при записи на прием всем пациентам разъясняется, что режим обследования в офтальмологической клинике подразумевает проведение ряда диагностических процедур а также закапывание капель. Это вызывает необходимость неоднократного посещения врача для кратковременных контрольных осмотров и приводит к одновременному нахождению у кабинета врача нескольких пациентов. В силу этого, общее время консультации, диагностических процедур и контрольных осмотров может быть достаточно длительным. Такая процедура полного диагностического обследования позволяет обеспечить высокое качество оказываемых Клиникой услуг. С уважением, администрация клиники ВЗГЛЯД!
