Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Хамское отношение персонала Хочу проинформировать потенциальных клиентов компании ПроРаб о работе сервисного центра на 1-м Котляковском пер., д.1 На прошлой неделе у меня сломался стартер на бензокосе HITACHI CG27EAS. При обзвоне сервисцентров по ремонту техники ХИТАЧИ мне мастер вашего центра, представившийся Вячеславом, сказал, что нужная запчасть у него есть и стоит она 400 руб. Когда я подъехал в сервисный центр на следующий день, Вячеслав мне предложил приобрести этот же стартер, но по цене уже свыше 1000 руб. На мой вопрос, в связи с чем так подорожала эта деталь буквально за один день, мне было сказано, что он меня недопонял и новая цена была им объявлена в соответствии с вашим прайс-листом на запчасти к бензотехнике ХИТАЧИ. Когда я попросил его ознакомиться с этим прайс-листом, в нем напротив нужной мне детали стояла цена 9 с небольшим евро. На это Вячеслав мне заявил, что запчасти покупаются на его личные средства и за сколько он их продает - это его личное дело, не хотите - не берите! В связи с этим у меня вопрос к руководству компании АСС: если ваши сервисцентры - это частные лавочки работающих там приемщиков, указывайте это на вашем сайте! Я потратил полдня на то, чтобы добраться из Мытищ до вашего сервисцентра ради того, чтобы узнать, что цена на нужную мне деталь в три раза превышает названную мне по телефону. Поэтому я считаю своми долгом предостеречь потенциальных клиентов от сотрудничества с компанией, где позволяют себе такое хамское отношение к клиентам.
