17 июля 2019 года оформила ВОЯЖ 2.0 Полис страхования выезжающих за пределы ПМЖ для путешествия и оплатила его в размере 1 141 рубль. В этот же день ВТБ направил мне готовый Полис ВЗР A09677-0755071 вместе с договором. Договор страхования ввёл меня в заблуждение. Только после оплаты были указаны конкретные виды спорта, которые как оказалось мне не подходят. А перед оплатой договора виды спорта были указаны расплывчато, стояло слово «прочее», что подразумевало за собой все виды любительского спор та. Таким образом, я не смогу воспользоваться оплаченным страховым полисом, так как указанный мой вид спорта не входит в их перечень. На следующий день, 18 июля 2019 года, я позвонила в ВТБ страхование с целью уточнения условий в договоре. Сотрудники ВТБ не смогли мне помочь, так как не владеют такой информацией… видимо в силу безграмотности. Кроме того, дозвониться до них очень тяжело, они футболят тебя от оператора к оператору. Первый раз сталкиваюсь с таким непрофессионализмом страховой компании. А касательно расторжения договора страхования ВТБ сразу нашёл ответ на мой вопрос. Оказывается на следующий день если я хочу расторгнуть с ними договор, они возвращают мне всего лишь 11% от страховой суммы (от 1 141 рубля), а оставляют себе 89%- 1015 рублей моих денег за договор, который даже не вступил в силу! Я не вижу даже смысла расторгать этот договор, когда компания забирает себе в карман мои деньги, не понятно по каким причинам. Я считаю, что это 100% обман. Буду писать жалобу в центральный банк. – показать
