1. Вечно сидишь часами в очереди. Причем посетителей мало, операторов полно, но они все время куда-то бегают, все такие занятые и сидишь ты и ждёшь, ждёшь.... 2. Чтобы снять деньги со своего счета не имея при себе карты, но по паспорту надо заплатить комиссию- 1000р. С любой суммы до ста тысяч. Это ппц, граждане)

который раз уже бываю в этом отделении, в который раз уж длительное ожидание приема у специалиста. Минимум пол часа можно сидеть когда перед тобой никого.... В период пандемии это всё усилилось до невероятных масштабов.... одним словом Ужас... Самое ужасное отделение полный звиздец....

Был в сией конторе в связи с нуждой перечислить денежки в пользу государства (российского). Есть электронная очередь, после выдачи талончика сразу вызвали, в очереди не задерживался (отрадно). Народу не очень много. Операционисты изначально послать в сбербанк, но не тут то было... (там я уже бывал, два раза, ничем хорошим это не кончилось). В итоге со скрипом, но оформили мою платёжку. При входе работает четыре (4) банкомата, все с приёмом денег (и все, всегда исправны, в отличии от сбербанка). Парковка рядом есть, либо во дворах. Общественный транспорт тоже не далеко. Р.s. сегодня(27.01.21) пришел (хотел перевыпустить карту), прождал 21 минуту оказалось , что у них сбой в системе и ни внести , ни перевыпустить карту я не могу ...

Очень долгое обслуживание! Из 9 окон работает 3—4 в выходной день! Ожидание в выходной день составляет не менее часа. Данная проблема существует не первый год. Отвратительное отношение к клиентам.
