‘Соблюдают’ карантинные меры предосторожности, собирая очереди и толпы людей у входа, в замкнутом помещении. Люди стоят по 15-20 минут. Так держать, ВТБ!

Заказала пропуск вечером, на вызд в банк, зашла на сайт узнать дежурное работающее отделение Банка Втб по-близости. Нашла на улице Авиамоторная 10к 1 режим работы указан на сайте с 9:00 часов по будням. Итак я в 9:00 была у отделения, так как удаленная работа и хотела по-раньше освободиться. Но отделение оказалось закрытым и на дверях было объявление с 10:00. Погода была холодная и дождь и в период карантина конечно же все кафе и ТЦ закрыты были рядом. В такой сложный период, в век интернета, данное отделение( не могу говорить о всех отд.) не удосужились даже обновить информацию в интернете о своем новом режиме работы!!! Мерзла и ждала, благодарю администрацию банка!!!

Просьба пересмотреть и оптимизировать процессы для получения банковской карты клиента: 1. Прождала в очереди 10 мин + оформление карты 20 мин. 2. Попросили оплатить комиссию в 249 руб, которая потом вернётся в случае расходов по карте в 5 тыс. У меня с собой не было наличных денежных средств, пришлось снимать деньги с комиссией моей карты сбербанка. За это время образовалась очеред в кассу из 3-х человек и новая очередь в окно оформления (по моим оценкам ждать надо было ещё 30 мин). 3. Подытожим. Требуется 1 час, чтобы получить обычную дебетовую карту. Я не могу позволить себе такую роскошь в обычный рабочий день. Полный отврат.

Сидят кучу СОТРУДНИКОВ РАЗГОВАРИВАЮТ ОБЩАЮТЬСЯ МЕЖДУ СОБОЙ, КЛИЕНТОВ ВООБЩЕ НЕЗАМЕЧАЮТ, никого не вызывают. САМОЕ УЖАСНОЕ ОТДЕЛЕНИЕ. Я СИДЕЛА 1.5 ЧАСА. ЭТО ИЗДЕВАТЕЛЬСТВО.
