Удобное отделение с вежливым персоналом. Получал дебетовую карту в данном офисе, все оформили очень быстро. Есть отдельная банкоматная зона открыта 24ч. Больших очередей нет.

Ужасное отделение? Ооочень все медленно, улитки. Никогда сюда больше ни ногой. Не понимаю, почему полдня я должна потерять??? Жуть, очень держусь, матом не написать

Обратилась в отделение «Алтуфьево» ВТБ для получения выписки по дебетовой карте.Талон получен в 18—06,приём сотрудника-в 19—25,с нулевым результатом:выписку получить невозможно-нет такой программы в этом отделении банка.В 18—36 выписку пыталась оформить руководитель отделения (Анна Анатольевна)-не получилось («доступ к программе не у всех сотрудников»),с комментариями «Придётся подождать» заменили талон на другой.Жду до 19—20.Сотрудник Василевская И.В.делает попытку оформления справки-не получае тся.Прошу выдать стандартный бланк для оформления претензии.Сотрудник Василевская отвечает,что такой бланк не существует-«если хотите-звоните на горячую линию».ХОЧУ! Руководитель отделения распорядилась выдать бланк и посоветовала поехть в отд. ВТБ в Бибирево-работает до 21—00,если быстро добежать,можно и другому отделению подарить 1,5 часа своего времени.Претензия оформлена,возмущению нет предела.Сотрудница ресепшен бродит по залу с чашкой чая.Ожидание и регистрация занимает еще 10—15 мин.Интересно знать,как руководство банка ВТБ оценивает работу нерадивых своих сотрудников?Почему они безнаказанно крадут чужое время?За ответом приду в отделение указанного банка через 2 недели.Опять «придётся подождать» – показать
