В отделении нет кассы, проконсультировать по вопросу "где работающее нормальное отделение?" не могут, зачем там сидят - не понятно.

Удобно расположен около метро в ТЦ Спектр. Электронная очередь работает. Обслуживание быстрое. Однако в этом отделении отсутствует касса. Счёт закрыть не удалось. Пришлось искать другое отделение.

Электронная очередь, только для галочки! Отказались выдать жалобную книгу! На гор линию не дозвонится. Клиент для них мешок с баблом для выкачки денег,не более.

Теплый стан (Принц Плаза) Горлову Екатерину, за ее профессиональный и индивидуальный подход к каждому клиенту, компететность, терпение, доброжелательность и позитивную атмосферу. Было очень приятно вести с ней переговоры и хоть оформление любого банковского продукта занимает немало времени, с Екатериной это время прошло незаметно, она смогла ответить на любой мой вопрос (а их было немало) и с большим терпени ем отнеслась ко всем моим пожеланиям. Всегда открыта и готова помочь в любом вопросе касаемо банковских услуг и продуктов. Благодаря таким сотрудникам банка, у клиента закрепляется желание быть преданным банку и не менять его на другой. Отвратительное отделение… или сам банк ВТБ, не знаю. Обратилась, чтобы внести изменения в ИХ базу в связи с заменой паспорта. На новой работе выдают зарплатные карты этого банка, а у меня там числятся старые паспортные данные и выдать карту с новыми данными мне не могут.Очередь, общение с сотрудником, довольно долго всё. Через неделю звонок из банка о том, что у них проблемы и мне ЕЩЁ РАЗ к ним надо прийти с тем же вопросом! Что это было?!
